What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• What you upload: ad images, photos, and landing-page URLs you submit to generate banners.
• Usage: which features you use, how much generation credit you've used, and payment records if you buy credit.
• Your OpenAI API key, only if you choose to add one — stored encrypted, used solely to run your own generations, never displayed again.

How we use it

• To provide the service: your uploads and landing pages are sent to OpenAI's API to generate your banners.
• To email you: confirmation, service messages, and marketing from Scale for Impact via GetResponse. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email.
• To process payments: handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Who we share it with

Only the processors needed to run the service: OpenAI (generation), GetResponse (email and our contact list), Stripe (payments), and our hosting provider (Hetzner, EU). We never sell your data.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded source photos are kept only for the duration of your working session. Generated banners and account records are kept while your account exists. Email admin@scaleforimpact.co to have your account and data deleted, or to request a copy of what we hold.
