The service

Ad Lab generates ad banner images from materials you provide. Free credit lets you try it; after that you can add your own OpenAI API key or buy additional credit. Credit is denominated in US dollars, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is consumed as you generate.

Fair use

• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to collect free credit repeatedly is not allowed and may lead to account removal.
• Only upload images and reference ads you have the right to use. Cloning an ad's layout for inspiration is your call to make and your responsibility — don't pass off someone else's protected creative work as your own.
• No unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, and nothing that violates OpenAI's usage policies.

Your content

What you upload stays yours, and the banners generated for you are yours to use. You give us permission to process your uploads with our AI providers solely to deliver the service.

Payments and refunds

Credit purchases are processed by Stripe and are one-off payments, not subscriptions. If something goes wrong with a purchase or the service misbehaves, email us — we'll put it right or refund the unused credit.

No guarantees

AI generation is imperfect: banners can come out wrong, text can render oddly, and results vary. The service is provided as-is, and our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
